I’ve never been so happy to attend a shop like this one. There are soooooo many sample trophies, medals, etc on display at the shop. You have to see it for yourself.
I had to take my time to look around and choose the one I wanted.
The customer service was very pleasant.
I was turned down for trophies at other places that needed such a long leading time. Fair enough, some businesses are so busy. I get that.
To make just 1 trophy within 2 business days is no big deal. And my trophy and medal was done on the spot.
Anyhow, I’m so happy to have found a business that treats you like a person and not just like another customer who walks through the doors.
I’m definitely recommending West Ryde Trophies to everyone who requires a trophy, medal, plaques, awards, etc.

Exceptional service and great job! Contacted West Ryde Trophies and Awards early in January while the store was still closed for holidays, and Sid came in especially to open the shop and help me out. Outstanding service. Syd and Ghada are professional yet personal when it comes to doing business. They took care in the design of medals I got produced, and made every consideration possible to get what we wanted. You can definitely tell why they have been in the business for so long!
